Terms & Conditions – Beiruty Catering

Welcome to Beiruty Catering. By using our website, products, or catering services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Services

We provide catering services, including freshly prepared meals, frozen food, and restaurant supplies. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Orders

  • Orders can be placed online via our website or directly with our team.
  • All orders are subject to confirmation by Beiruty Catering.
  • Minimum order values may apply (details will be provided at checkout).
  • All prices are in GBP (£) and may change without notice.

4. Payments

  • Payments must be made in full before or at the time of delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
  • If paying online, you will be redirected to a secure payment gateway (SSL encryption) to process your payment details.
  • Beiruty Catering does not store your full card details.
  • Overdue invoices may result in delayed or cancelled deliveries.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery dates are agreed upon when placing the order.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delivery is available only within specified areas (see our Delivery Policy).

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders cancelled at least 48 hours before delivery may be refunded in full.
  • Orders cancelled less than 48 hours before delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds may be subject to transaction fees charged by the payment provider.

7. Allergies & Dietary Information

  • We take care in food preparation, but all food is prepared in kitchens where allergens are present.
  • Customers must inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of ordering.
  • Beiruty Catering cannot accept liability for allergic reactions if full information has not been provided by the customer.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to provide the highest quality food and service, Beiruty Catering is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or services.
  • Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total price of the order in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, and images, is the property of Beiruty Catering and may not be used without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
